Questions we usually get.
How do you vet people?
Every candidate is assessed on real work and in a live skills interview, plus communication and English. A senior lead signs off before anyone is put forward, and the 2-week paid trial is your own final check.
What happens if someone leaves?
A trained backup steps in straight away, and we replace the person at no cost. Because work is documented in your systems, their replacement picks up where they stopped.
Who owns the code and accounts?
You do. Code lives in your repositories, and hosting, domains and tools are registered in your name. We work inside your accounts, so nothing is held back if we part ways.
How does billing work?
Team members are billed monthly at a rate agreed up front. The 2-week trial is paid at the same rate. After that there is no lock-in: you can end or change the engagement with 30 days’ notice. One-off projects are quoted in advance.
What hours do you work?
We are based in Prishtina, Kosovo, and our working hours overlap with US Eastern and CET, so your team has live time together every working day.
