Privacy Policy

Who we are

Be Alpha BA, Muhamet Cami D/3, 10000 Prishtina, Prishtina, Kosovo (“BeAlpha”, “we”) is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. Contact: hello@bealpha-digital.com.

What we collect and why

• Contact form. Name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. The form sends them to us by email, and we send you a confirmation. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to handle your request.
• Booking a call. The “Book 15 minutes” link opens a calendar hosted by Cal.com. What you enter there is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, date and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page is loaded.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries (hosting, email, scheduling), and where the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and, if we work together, for the duration of the contract and the legal retention periods that follow. Otherwise we delete them within a reasonable time.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and request a copy of it. Email hello@bealpha-digital.com. If you are in the EU or EEA, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
